General Provisions

5. The Agreement constitutes a public offer.

Rights and obligations of the parties

The administration has the right to:

The user has the right to:

• Use the services of the Site, purchase goods and services.

• Request that information about yourself be removed.

The User undertakes to:

The user is prohibited from:

Use of the site

Responsibility

Violation of terms

Dispute resolution

1. Before going to court, the parties must try to resolve the dispute by filing a claim.
2. The response will be provided within 30 days.
3. If the matter is not resolved, go to court.
4. The claim must be filed within 5 days from the date of its foundation, otherwise it will not be considered.

Additional terms

• The administration does not accept proposals to change the terms from users.
• Reviews posted on the site are not confidential and can be used without restrictions.
